Announcement by Al Rajhi Capital regarding the distributions of fund’s dividends to the unitholders of Al Rajhi Saudi Income Fund
Al Rajhi Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the unitholders of Al Rajhi Saudi Income Fund for the semi-annual entitlement date as 31/10/2022G as follows:
- Total distributed dividends 4,884,277.25 Saudi Riyal.
- Cash distributions shall be based on 12,210,693.1 outstanding units.
- The amounts of dividends distributed is 0.40 Saudi Riyal for each unit.
- The distribution ratio is 1.86% of the net asset value as on Monday date (07/04/1444H) corresponding to (31/10/2022G)
- Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Monday date (07/04/1444H) corresponding to (31/10/2022G)
- Distributions will be paid within (5) work days.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
