Rajhi Capital announces a change in the membership of the board of Al Rajhi REIT Fund, due to resignation of board member Tariq Al-Suqair Non-Independent member, as of 26/02/1445 H, corresponding to 11/09/2023 G. The formation of the board after the change shall be:
- Meshal Al-Shenaifi, Independent Member
- Saud Sulaimani, Independent Member outstanding units
- Abdulaziz Al-Omair, Independent Memberamount distributed
- Assem Raqban, Non-Independent Member
- Ahmed Al Mohsen, Non-Independent Member
