Announcement by Al Rajhi Capital regarding the distribution of fund’s dividend to the unitholders of Al Rajhi Real Estate Monthly Distribution Fund
Al Rajhi Capital announces the distribution of cash dividend to the unitholders of Al Rajhi Real Estate Monthly Distribution Fund for the month of Feb 2024, entitlement date as 26/02/2024 as follows:
- Total distributed dividends Saudi Riyal 1,236,561.97
- Cash distributions shall be based on 27,478,960.23 outstanding units
- The dividends amount distributed 0.045 Saudi Riyal per unit
- The distribution ratio is (%0.4304) of the net asset value as on Monday date (16/08/1445 H) corresponding to (26/02/2024)
- Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Monday date (16/08/1445 H) corresponding to (26/02/2024)
- Distributions will be paid within (5) working days
The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
