Objective

An open ended fund intended to achieve capital appreciation in the medium to long term by investing primarily in Shariah compliant IPOs, right issues, rump offering rights issues and newly listed companies in the Saudi market during their first three years of listing.

Unit holders will be paid the appropriate proceeds of redemption before the close of business on the fourth day following the valuation point at which redemption price was determined or the time at which all means and licenses (if any) needed for the transfer of units are available for the Fund Manager, whichever comes later.

Management Fees

Maximum 0.25% p.a. of the average net asset value of the Fund. Only the actual expenditure is calculated. See item No. 36 from Terms & Conditions of the Fund to know how to calculate the expenses, the method and time of their collection.
